Employee activities (Leave and Salary)

Plan a few of these activities for your organization or your work team. The employee can avail the accumulated leave during his service tenure or it can be enchased at the time of retirement or leaving the job. Encashment of leave by surrendering leave standing to one’s credit is known as leave salary.

Employee Transfer

Employee Transfer is a process of horizontal movement. It shifted from one job to another usually at a different location, department, or unit. The employee role will change if HR and the committee decide to change it.

Employee EXIT or Separation

Employee Separation is the discontinuation of his employment contract with the company. This can take the form of Retirement, Resignation, Discharge, Layoff, etc. The companies and employees must specify valid reasons behind separation and exit the company.

Full and Final Settlement Process and Clearance Process

According to the rules,  a full and final settlement must be issued to the employee within 10 days from the employee's last working day, as per the notice given by the employee. The process of exit clearance should start 5 to 6 days before the last working day of the employee.

TA

DA

DA mean Dearness Allowance. One such important component is Dearness Allowance or DA. Dearness Allowance is paid by the government to its employees as well as a pensioner to offset the impact of inflation.
